Paris Day One

Today we took the high speed TGV from Montpellier to Paris. It was about a 3.5 hour ride. Our hotel is right next to the Eiffel Tower, I just took this photo at 11pm tonight from the parking lot. Pas mal!
Emma playing tourist in front of Notre Dame.
Elena showing us her purchases from the Louvre gift shop.
Emma and Sophie deciding what to visit next in the Louvre.
Venus de Milo. The godness of love dating to 100 BC. Incroyable.
Yes, there's the Mona Lisa behind a heavy pane of glass and you have to be a brave soul to push your way past the massive crowds of tourists to get a glimpse.
Paul and Juneau getting involved in the Louvre museum map reading challenge.
Fun photo shot before going into the Louvre.
Sophie being a good tourist....reading her guidebook of Paris on the metro. Bravo!
